In some cases, our system can experience issues confirming all of your bank account information. These issues can range from information mismatch, failed connectivity or missing information.

In these scenarios, we require users to submit:

  1. A hand-written paper agreement authorizing Wyre to withdraw funds and;
  2. A selfie holding that agreement as a proof of identification

This is a one time request and once we have this on file, we can complete your account verification and/or finish processing your payment(s).

Here's what you need to do:

Simply write down the following on a piece of paper, like the example shown below:  

  • "I authorize Wyre Payments, Inc to debit my account ending in -XXXX."
  • Today's date 
  • Your signature

Next, take a crisp clear selfie of yourself holding the piece of paper. Please make sure everything is legible and that we're able to see your face! 🤳😀

Submitting your documents

Please upload it to your account according to the instructions received in the original ACH authorization email request. Our team will review your ACH selfie within 24 hours and you will receive an update via email once the review is completed!
