As we get ready to make some service changes, we've had to consolidate some of our dashboard functionalities.Β 

We'll be stopping our retail cross-border payment services for individual and business dashboard users on September 17, 2018. Please check out End of Payment Services for Wyre Dashboard Users for more information.

In a nutshell, we've created a new modal window that has the ability to do all actions in one place.

Introducing Our New Modal Window:

What's changed?

  • We've removed the contacts page and added this functionality to the new modal under the Recipient field.
  • We've removed the send money button from dashboard. Users will now be able to send money under the Recipient field by selecting their payment method or existing contact.

In Summary: The new modal will have a Recipient field where users can select an existing contact, payment method or send to an external crypto wallet address.


How does the Recipient field work?


For fiat payouts

Below are the instructions for sending money back to your bank account or an existing contact.

  1. Choose the fiat currency pair you'd like to send under You Send and Recipient Gets.
  2. Once you've chosen your currencies, click on Recipient to see a dropdown list of options. The drop down list will show you all relevant payment methods and existing contacts.
  3. Select your recipient and hit Continue to be taken to a confirmation page to review all details. Once you're ready, click Send on the confirmation page and you're all set!

⚠️ Please note that the fiat payout function will be stopped on September 17, 2018.

For crypto payouts

Below are the instructions for sending crypto currency (like BTC) to an external wallet address.

  1. Choose BTC or a fiat currency under You Send and BTC under Recipient Gets.
  2. Click on Recipient to manually enter a BTC address.
  3. Click Continue on the dashboard, and you'll be taken to a confirmation page to review all details. Once you're ready, click Send on the confirmation page and you're all set!
